    Hi Motihersh! Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Can you, please clarify what Internet browser are you using? We suggest using Google Chrome updated to the last available version since it is best compatible with Crello. We would also recommend you to clean out the cache and cookies in the "Settings" tab of your browser and keep no more than 10 tabs open in browser simultaneously while working in Crello. If the issue persists, please submit a request via the help center's homepage (click "Submit a request")
