In the email I received today about the popular templates, one caught my eye because it had an animation of three hands up in the air, one holding a wrench, one a pen and one a phone. I wanted that graphic more so than the rest of the template so I went to find it in the animations but nothing turns up no matter what I search for. "blue", "wrench" and even "phone" yielded many results but not this one.
So what am I missing about searching for available assets? It seems like you have to be a little bit lucky to find something ideal. 50% of the time, I search and find something applicable to what I need and 50% of the time, I find something just by pure luck and when I search for it again using terms that seem logical, nothing turns up.
Is your team working on adding more metadata terms so that these items turn up in people's searches for assets or do you just look at something like this, assign it to one category as best you can and hope for the best?
I feel like Crello is a powerful tool but your users might be missing half the options available to them because we can't find them. Any guidance you can offer is appreciated. Maybe I am just not good at searching this appp?
