Sometimes, our customers are facing difficulties when downloading a design or using the search engine. In case something like that is happening, we would recommend you try doing the following:
- clean out the cache and cookies in the "Settings" tab of your browser;
- try to use another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Edge) updated to the last available version;
- try using another PC or laptop or sign in from Crello from another location if the problem is with the slow Internet connection.
