Crello has access to the Depositphotos 70-mln stock image library and images from Depositphotos are available at $0.99 or as Subscription downloads. After the download of images marked $0.99 users get an automatically generated invoice with the Crello's and customer's billing info and info about the purchased file:
Crello license can be recalled in the following cases:
- user downloaded a file which then turns out to be of inappropriate quality and the user is being offered another file instead - the user loses the rights to use the initially purchased file of inappropriate quality and his/her invoice with the license is being canceled.
- cancelation of the automatic renewal of the subscription (applicable if the auto-renewed subscription was not used, e.g no designs containing premium elements were created and/or downloaded after the automatic renewal of the subscription). If any designs were created with the subscription that has been refunded, the customer should lose the rights to use designs and purchased files and all licenses would be revoked
- if the customer initiates a chargeback, he/she shall lose the rights to use designs and purchased files and all licenses are being revoked. Any further use of the purchased files shall be considered as copyright infringement as per the License Agreement
Any forbidden use of the Files and/or Designs shall also be considered as copyright infringement. A user should be liable for all damages caused by copyright infringement, including any claims made by third parties. Also, Crello reserves the right to recall the license for any designs you have used in a manner considered as copyright infringement (clause 2 "Prohibited use" in the License Agreement)
